President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev Begins Official Visit to Germany

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has arrived in Germany for an official visit at the invitation of Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, 24KZ reports, citing the press service of Akorda.

As part of the visit, talks with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Federal Chancellor Friedrich Merz are scheduled to take place in Berlin. The sides will discuss prospects for strengthening the strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and Germany.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will also visit Munich during the trip. The President is scheduled to meet with heads of leading German companies and financial institutions, as well as university rectors and heads of German research institutions.

The Head of State will take part in a business forum in Berlin and a technology business forum in Munich.
